Four committees provide the leadership for various functions in NCT-PASS. Members are encouraged to sign up a committee during their annual membership renewal period. This provides a good opportunity for gaining leadership experience and community service.
Annual Meeting Committee
To plan and organize NCTPASS's annual meeting and work with other committees for all logistics of the conference event

Outreaching Committee
To establish outreach programs (seminars, workshops, mentor match-up, etc) that provide career guidance, mentorship, and resources to trainees (students, postdoctoral fellows, and visiting scholars) in local Taiwanese student associations at Duke, UNC-Chapel Hill, NCSU, and other institutes
