Congratulations to Prof. Tsai Lu Liu (劉彩露教授 ) to be appointed as the Dean of the School of Architecture, Arts, and Design at Virginia Tech. Prof. Liu has been a member of NCTPASS since the starting. He is currently the head of the Department of Graphic Design and Industrial Design at North Carolina State University. He will start his new position at Virginia Tech on July 1, 202.
